The invoice is sent automatically because Paycard handles advance payment for the shop. We recommend contacting the shop where you placed the order to ask why the goods have not yet arrived. The invoice must still be paid by the due date, or you can ask the shop for an extension of the payment. Paycard does not have information about the goods, deliveries, or returns.
