- Check the due date indicated on the invoice and compare it with the date you made the payment. If the payment was made after the due date, it might be considered late.
2. Minimum Amount Not Reached:
- Ensure that you have paid at least the minimum amount indicated on the invoice. A partial payment may not be enough to cover the entire balance due.
3. Payment Made to the Store Instead of Paycard:
- Verify that you made the payment to the account indicated on the invoice sent by Paycard. If you paid directly to the store, inform both the store and Paycard to resolve the issue.
4. Error During Payment Data Entry:
- Double-check that the payment details you entered are correct. Errors in the data could prevent the payment from being properly recorded.
