The paycard self-service platform allows you to view your invoice data at any time, independently of customer service, and make certain changes yourself.
Via the platform, you can:
- View your current balance
- Get an overview of all invoices, payments, credit notes and debits
- Request a change of address
- Change the delivery method for your invoices (e.g. by email or post)
Registration is easy using the details on one of your previous invoices. If you do not have an invoice to hand, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help.
