The Paycard App allows private customers with a physical Paycard to shop conveniently and contactlessly on account in selected partner stores, without having to present the card.
What does the app offer?
With the app, you can:
- Register your existing Paycard
- Shop contactlessly by showing the barcode generated in the app at checkout
- View your spending limit for in-store purchases
- Request a new PIN by mail or change your existing PIN
Important: No access to invoices or transactions
The app does not display open invoices, transactions, or payment history. This information is available exclusively via our self-service platform.
Who can use the app?
The app is only available to private individuals with an original Paycard. Use with a temporary card or as a business customer is not possible.
How to install and use the app:
- Download the Paycard App from the App Store or Google Play
- Register your existing Paycard in the app
- Open the app, your available limit will be displayed
- Tap "Pay", a barcode will be generated and scanned at the store
What to do in case of issues?
- Make sure you have a physical Paycard (not a temporary card) and are registered as a private customer
If you experience technical problems, try:
- Re-downloading the app from the store
- Resetting or reinitialising it via the menu (top left)
