You can easily take care of many matters yourself at any time via our digital customer platform. The paycard self-service platform allows you to view your invoice data at any time, independently of customer service, and make certain changes yourself.
Via the platform, you can:
- View your current balance
- Call up an overview of all invoices, payments, credit notes and debits
- Request a change of address
- Change the delivery method for your invoices (e.g. by email or post)
Registration is easy with the details on one of your previous invoices. If you do not have a bill to hand, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you.
