The invoice is generated automatically as soon as the retailer confirms your order. This may happen before the goods are dispatched.
Why have I already received the invoice?
Paycard handles invoicing on behalf of the retailer. Invoices are generated independently of the actual shipment, based on the order confirmation from the shop.
What can I do?
Please contact the retailer directly to clarify the shipping status of your order. Paycard does not have access to delivery information, returns or stock levels.
Do I still have to pay the invoice?
Yes, even if the order has not yet arrived, the invoice must be paid within the specified payment period.
If the delivery does not arrive or there are any problems, please contact the retailer first. If clarification is then necessary, we will be happy to assist you with further processing.
