If you have received an invoice from Paycard without having ordered anything yourself, there may be several reasons for this:
Order placed by another person in your household
In many cases, the order was placed by another person in the same household without you being directly aware of it. Please first check with your family to see if someone else, e.g. a family member, placed the order.
Paycard as an external billing partner
Sometimes it is not immediately apparent that Paycard handles billing for a particular online shop. Please check the invoice. The name of the retailer is listed next to the respective order item. You can contact the retailer directly to clarify the details of the order.
I definitely did not order anything, what should I do?
If you are certain that there is no valid order, this could be a case of identity theft. In this case, we ask you to take the following steps:
- Report the incident to the police, either in person or online.
- Send us a copy (duplicate) of the report so that we can cancel the invoice.

No, cancellation without an official report is not possible. Without a report, the outstanding amount will remain and will continue to be invoiced.
