Dispatch date
Monthly invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month. Please be patient, in some cases, there may be delays.
Delivery by email
If you are expecting your invoice by email, please also check your spam or junk mail folder.
Incorrect or outdated address
An incorrect or outdated address may have been provided when placing the order. Please provide us with your current address so that we can correct it in our system. You can find the contact details in this article.
Outstanding amount is too low
If the total outstanding amount is less than CHF 10, no monthly invoice will be issued. In this case, you will only receive an invoice when you place another order and the total amount reaches the minimum value.
